Ayurvedic Dosha and Blood Type
What you’re made of says a lot about you. In this workshop, you will learn about Ayurveda, take a dosha quiz and develop more balance in all aspects of your life. You will also discover how your particular blood type affects your health and sense of well-being. Join us, and leave feeling like you know yourself better than ever. It is helpful to attend with knowledge of your blood type.
Each class is specifically designed to give you the tools and insight you need to create a plan that works for your individual lifestyle and body type. For best results, consider attending all three. Please remember to bring a notebook and pen to each workshop.
Classes are free of charge and will held at our nutrition and culinary education center located at 3670 Woodward Avenue (between Mack and Parsons, next door to Bank of America).
