As the year sets in and we have either maintained or completely let go of our resolutions, a new month is a great time to restart. If you know me, I love yoga. I can’t say I’ve been a consistent student. The years that I was practicing regularly I saw the change in my mind, body, and soul. I knew this year I had to get back to that. I am in the process of doing yoga for 30 days straight to get back on track. I started this week and I feel the shifts and changes already. Every morning I am on the mat rediscovering, growing, and getting back on track.
When I heard about the Yoga Summit I was excited. The Yoga Summit is a 21-day transformative yoga online event from February 2-22, 2017. Attendees will explore a diverse selection of topics related to yoga, health, and inner wisdom from world-renowned experts like Danielle LaPorte, Seane Corn, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Radhanath Swami, Melli O’Brien, and Elena Brower with a new interview dialogue each day conducted by host and co-creator Nicole Vahlkamp.

- Methods to meditate, improve concentration, and think more positively

Created by Nicole Vahlkamp, Vincent Chevalier, and Raphael Harmel, The Yoga Summit aims to bring ancient wisdom to modern practitioners using the popular “Massive Open Online Course (MOOC)” educational format for bringing expert instruction to a global audience online.
“For 28 days I was immersed in a yogic lifestyle at an ashram for my Yoga Teacher Training Course, but I wish that more yoga practitioners had the time and resources to take weeks off and travel like that. Our vision for The Yoga Summit is to democratize the experience of delving into yoga beyond the physical practice, by providing a global audience access to the teachings of industry thought leaders,” says Vahlkamp.
This is a wonderful way to get back on a healthy track and stay calm.
