If you are one of those who are exhausted, I encourage you to pause for a moment but don’t quit. Take some time for yourself. Do an activity that takes you out of your comfort zone. During your pause time really ask yourself the right questions, then meditate and write your answers in a journal. Perhaps you need to quit what is no longer serving you or quit pouring into a situation that is giving you no result. Think it through and give yourself a healthy pause before you make a decision. Sometimes when we are burnt out we think out of emotion and exhaustion and make a decision that is not in our best interest. Be mindful of your thoughts and decisions and think beyond your current situation.
You know the answers trust yourself enough to ask, pause long enough to listen, and take action aligned with what you are instructed to do. It might not make sense at the time, but it always works out.
I encourage you to keep going, be true to yourself, and understand that you have to do what is right for you.
