Do you feel like you never have enough time to get things done? Do you feel like the days slip right by? If you answered yes to these questions, ask yourself this. How are you managing your time? We all have the same 24 hours in the day. I understand life can get hectic and busy. If you want to figure out how to manage your time start by taking an inventory of what you do daily hour by hour and then you can see where your time is going.
One thing that helps me is I delegate my tasks and give them a time frame. I learned this method years ago from my creativity coach and I’ve noticed a direct impact in my productivity and focus. I also plan my week on Sundays and each evening I write my to-do list for the following day. These are a couple of things that help me and I hope they can help you as well.
