We get so busy with the demands of life we forget to be still. This is beyond being quiet in the car, or quietly reading a book, this is consciously being still, checking in with yourself, and feeling your emotions. Seems like a heavy task right? It is for many but I encourage you to sit still and breathe. This will help your stress levels, mindfulness and thought process. It is important to take the time for yourself and well-being.
