We are entering another week and hopefully settled into 2018.
Many of us set goals, intentions, and resolutions at the beginning of the year.
How is it going?
In the past, I would set many goals go overboard and then crash and burn. This year, I decided to do things differently.
My goals are set but my personal improvement goals come first. We need to work on our internal business before we can ask for anything else. Our external world reflects our internal state.
All of January I’ve been focused on mindset, movement, and manifestation. I need to raise my vibration to align myself and move on purpose.
As you move through 2018, I encourage you to really dig in and focus on you. We hear the term self-care almost everywhere. This is not a trend, it is a responsibility. This goes beyond a day at the spa or a Netflix binge. This extends to checking in with yourself throughout the day.
Pay attention to your thoughts, conversations with yourself, what you think of others, and how you feel. Your body is sending you messages all day, we have to really understand and get to know ourselves, so we can understand what’s being communicated.
Pay attention to the people in your world, are they adding to your life or sucking it dry? You teach people how to treat you based on how you treat yourself. So be kind, patient, forgiving, and gentle with yourself. Take time daily to replenish your mind, body, and soul.
