Starting with chapter one, the authors remind us that our “everyday meals (are) a potential gateway to mystical transformation. Going through this book felt like taking a retreat and vacation that revitalizes the mind, body, and soul in the most practical way. I personally love to cook, so I loved this book. I’ve also had a really funky relationship with food through learned behavior. As I continue on my health journey I have a better relationship. The information in this book really will also help those who would like to improve their feeling about food. This book is published by Hay House.
I would recommend this book to anyone. Even if you don’t like to cook, eat, or food the artwork and layout is breathtaking. Visit the website here.
