February is the month of love and the color of red. I am so excited to bring you so many of the great events that the American Heart Association has throughout the month for the Go Red for Women Movement. This was started because women didn’t realize that their number one killer is heart disease. Go Red. Get Fit. Be Healthy. 28 Day Challenge
AHA will be hosting an event on their Facebook page where there will be encouraging each other to improve the participants heart health. Each day the group of participants will encourage each other to be a bit healthier. There will be a new heart health tip and motivation to stick to your healthy choices. The focus is on exercise, healthy eating, and heart health.
