What you will need: High Powered Blender
Ingredients: 5 Time: 30 minutes Serves: 4 scoops
1/2 cup of Cashews soaked overnight
1/2 cup of Water
1/3 cup of Agave Nector
3 tbsp of Cacao Powder
2 sprigs of fresh Mint
Put Cashews and Water into a high powered blender, blend until it becomes a thick Cashew Milk. If it’s to thick add water by the tablespoon until desired consistency is reached. Add Cacoa, Agave Nector and Mint and Blend together until smooth. Place into a bowl and put in the freezer uncovered for 20 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
