When I became a vegetarian this is when I really learned the art of cooking. It also became a love, yes I love to cook and create healthy and delicious meals. I also deepened my study of holistic nutrition after my Master of Science and received a raw foods certificate in education, cooking, and coaching.
Now, I am going to spread the knowledge, put it to practice, and share some fun and delicious recipes. Here is the first official post of goodies from the Calming Kitchen.
Strawberry Spinach Salad
This dish is packed with calcium, protein, iron, folic acid, potassium zinc, and fiber. Increase energy, get smooth skin, healthy hair, and strong nails. Your body and beauty will have many benefits with this dish.
Cup of cut strawberries
½ cup of walnuts (optional)
Wash the spinach and strawberries
Cut the strawberries
Place salad in a bowl
Put walnuts on top
Add lemon juice or dressing
