Spring is the perfect time to start fresh, detox and clean. On March 11, 2013 Deepak Chopra and Oprah are hosting their 21-Day Meditation Challenge for Perfect Health. I prefer to call it a 21-Day Change simply because it will change your life in positive ways. I am super excited to participate and invite you to do the same. This program is for three weeks and outlined below:
